The warranty is usually punched. Depends on the model/options but definitely 10+%. New 2015 at my local dealer with 125k MSRP was being offered at 15k discount (12.5%). See below

I would never buy a demo, unless you are of the belief that Porsche's recommended break-in process is meaningless. I can guarantee you that the demo spent a large part of its life well above 4K RPM, and probably when the engine oil was well below normal operating temperature.

Why is it that the term "executive driven" is something desirable??
Maybe sounds better than "ex-con driven", but doesn't mean the car was taken care of either way. What the heck classifies an executive? You wear a tie to work??
I guess that goes back to the post, can you afford a Porsche? Anyone able to fork over 100K+ for a car must have some means.
Executive Demo? One step above a Hertz rental car purchase.

Not with only 500 miles on it! Agree with the poster above it was a dealer demo and every test drive someone ran the **** out of it up to redline while the engine oil was cold!! To buy that car make them give it to you CPO first of all and a bare minimum of 15% off period!!

I don't believe it was titled. I looked at a carafe and it's kind of weird, it looks like it got to the dealership in November 2014, however it saying the warranty started 6/1/15. How does it work with demo's? why would've the warranty started in June, could that be when they started using it as a demo?

I've seen this situation before- they're claiming the sales manager or similar person at the dealership drove it over the summer.
It could have been used for test drives.
They usually start the warranty since the car is being driven, and if there are issues the warranty will cover them (dealer gets paid for warranty work).
Car has not been registered so can't be "pre-owned"
Good opportunity to get a nice discount!
