Default Chicago Area Dealer

Can anyone recommend a Chicago area dealer that performs excellent service work (Northern Chicago is preferred). Thanks in advance.

Who do you use now? We have several to choose from. What year? What needs to be done?

2014 - looking for a top notch alignment before I put on my winter tires. I don't currently use anyone (picked up the car not too long ago).

My vote is Loeber. The Exchange is good, but with the current set up during construction - I prefer a less chaotic shop.

Don't use Napelton. Terrible customer service.

Fall-Line Motorsports in Buffalo grove can do a nice alignment for you, if you're ok going non-dealer

Can't recommend Loeber highly enough. Bought two cars from them and always have a good experience with the service department.

I've always had good service at Porsche Exchange. Loaners are a bit hard to come by, but the work was always to my satisfaction.

If you need an alignment, go to Thalmann's Alignment in Glenview, near Costco. "Race Car Specialists". Fall Line used to send all there cars there before they bought there own rack.

The Exchange sponsors the local PCA track days at Blackhawk so think about patronizing them if you go to a dealer. Chicago has 5 P-car dealers, in the grand scheme of things, that's not many compared to Honda or something. To those that live in areas where there is one dealer 65mi away, having 5 within a 50mile radius is mecca.
