video of my 991 very rough idle.. help..
after about 10mins of spirited driving in sport plus/manual pdk shifting (well below redline), I turn sport/sportplus off at the last intersection before my house at the red light, and it almost stalls. I get to my garage with a very rough running engine at crawling speed, and the yellow check engine light comes on. I get out and capture some of it on video.
anyone experienced anything similar?
it did throw the same check engine light a month ago, and the dealer just cleared the code without any further explanation.

Update!
I now know what triggers the problem.
spirited driving in sport/sport+ after oil up to temp, then turn off sport/sport+ and come slowly to a stop. (red light as an example). idle rpm drops to about 500 and is very rough, lights come on and big problems trying to get going again.
douche behind me honked his horn at me for being slow...

please chime in if anyone with the same issues, or any ideas!

You have two pieces of good news.
1. You have a Yellow Check Engine light (and not a red warning).
2. You can actually replicate the problem.
The dealer will be able to pull the error codes and see exactly what happened.
Another member had a sporadic rough idle (with no error codes) which of course meant he was told that it's normal.
Please keep us posted.
