Sounds like induction noise from inside the cabin, that's not too bad.
Hmmm, couple of shifts into fifth by mistake....

isn't the camera basically sitting on top of the sound symposer?

doesn't sound so good from the front:

I was in the stands at T4 wacthing when the .2's did their lunchtime laps, the LO base Carrera was disappointingly quiet, sounded more like a Dyson than a
911...

The GT Silver S w/PSE sounded much better, still not as assertive as an N.A
car, but the PSE is a "must have" for these cars to check the PSE box!

Consider it done. They have put the rear wheel steering, sport exhaust, sport chrono, sport design mirrors, and smaller steering wheel in one option package- check !!

looks like Sport Chrono and PSE are separate options on the configurator, but worth ticking both boxes IMO

Perhaps this is one reason they developed and started offering PSE in the first place, to ready the product for when they went to 4 cylinder knowing the reaction would be largely negative regarding this aspect of the smaller engines.

PSE has been an option for decades.

Thanks Larry - if you look under the "packages" section in the configurator, it's there.

actually I think the 993 did have a sport exhaust option, as I recall my '98 C2S had a factory sport exhaust...
