I went OEM. The cheap eBay ones don't match many, if not most of the colors well.

GT Silver here.

I see on the web page it lists several Porsche models for the same key sides. Are the key shapes really the same even if the buttons have different functions such as the 991 vs the Cayenne?

And did I miss it? Is there a DIY for taking the key sides off? I'd sure hate to break one!

I have the fake Ebay ones, and at 1/10th the cost I am happy with quality and fitment.

eBay. $18.95 From China. OEM packaging (if its knock-off, its among the best I have seen).

That's exactly what I used for my second key. The fit was ever so slightly off on the front of my key if you look, but not enough to make me want to spend 5x more for the OEM version.

DaveGee,
I see a gap on the left side, should be flush, right?

Good eye. I squeezed it tighter. It passes inspection...

I got my color key covers today. Very impressed with the quality. I'm going to order another color for my second key. Fun stuff!

BradB, did you ever get your second key fob in? Considering replacing stock so I can tell my 2 keys apart.

I did. And I am thrilled with the results! Perfect fit, no scratching or chipping. One set is for everyday and one set is configured with my track day settings.
