Default Questions on a used 911 4S

I found a 2013 911 4S that I may buy... it is very well optioned but one option is unclear to me and I'm wondering if anyone here can shed some light.

Some of the options it has include...

PDCC with SPASM
Sport Chrono
Sport package incl. lowering/spacers (build sheet shows a $2,700 option)

What exactly is the "sport package incl. lowering/spacers"? It was an extra option in addition to PDCC and SPASM on the build sheet of the car and was $2,700. I've never heard of it... is it lowered MORE than simply the SPASM?

Any clarification would be appreciated!!

Mystery solved... the bolded option was aftermarket lowering springs installed by the dealer pre-delivery.

The dealer made that seem like a factory option? Not even sure why they would do that with SPASM, pretty low already.

It was requested by the original owner and they simply showed it on the build sheet. The owner liked to lower all of his P cars.

It means the dealer installed a $650 set of springs and charged the customer $2,700 for it.

That's what I was thinking. Regardless of who did it, who would on a car with SPASM?

I think some people do it to level out the drop in the front. I just think that amount is ridiculous.

It actually does look good, but reduces the front clearance even further.

Just adding lowering springs alone doesn't create much more drop than already having SPASM. Look at the specs on H&R, Eibach, T/A springs- none are going to be more than maybe a couple or few MM lower than having SPASM.
You should check whether the dealer put adjustable suspension damptronics or something similar. This would give you a more aggressive drop. And the price sounds more in line with more than just springs. Any pics of the car?
