I like the look of a few of them I have found but cant seem to find any guides or install instructions. The vendors for the wings all just say "Easy with simple tools" lol

Any advice or opinions?

Which spoiler are you thinking of installing?
You would probably need the dealer to disable the factory wing option to disable the motor from trying to deploy the rear wing at speed.
If you want a big wing, it would be easier to buy a GT3, and sell your car.
and ... it will probably actually have been designed to reduce lift/increase downforce w/o significant drag implications too!
I personally just dont think any of these aftermarket guys (perhaps with the exception of RUF for example) have the resources or engineering talent to
design and test these aero components properly

I was looking at the Ducktail spoiler or a similar version to what "Homeles" ^ has as his profile picture (not sure on name).
Oh you can buy that from Suncoast... about $2k, you will need to get it painted,
you could install it yourself, but you will require a dealer to disable the std 'popup' spoiler.
BTW does your car have the 'std' front bumper or the Sport Design one? Porsche does not recommend installing rear aero without matching front.
^^^ +1 I installed the rear, the front a month later due to a fault with the first front spoiler. Hugh difference afterwards. At speeds over 100, you could feel the front end lifting.
