Just changed both filters and they were dirty! 11,000 miles on 2013 C4 and 20 months since new. Factory schedule says 20,000 miles or 2 years.

Default In cabin charcoal filter

Changed filters today. Both relatively easy, except at 65 being a flexible enough to do the in cabin charcoal filter was difficult. Thank God I won't attempt that for another 2 years. Now I need to remember where the Aleve is.

You might want to change the frunk filter every year which should keep the pollen filter cleaner longer?

Thanks for posting, this is part of the 40k mile service. I will do this one on my own and have my local shop do the plugs, engine filter and oil change.

Ordered the same parts on Pelican as well.
