bloody hell - thats HOT! (global warming - no surely not!)

after our ED was interrupted by the unexpected death of one of our dogs it was either cancel the trip (and pay for the ED) or get the car...

I flew into Germany on the Sunday, collected the car on Monday, and took it
straight to the Ring for the evening tourist lapping on Tuesday then back on Wednesday!

If you ever get the chance you have to take a car around the Ring ... I 1st did it back in 2002! - even the hairdressers car acquitted itself as a 911 should!

I wish I'd had more time to get a few more laps in!

I'm waiting for a Macan, coming from Emden. The ship left Davisville on June 21st. Just talked to the dealership and they haven't received the car yet. 11 days so far from Rhode Island to New Jersey...and I didn't have an ED.

My SA had 5 cars on the same boat arriving in Brunswick, Georgia. He called and got the cars delivered in 3 days to the dealership after one day of PDI. It all depends on the motivation of the SA. If they want to, they can. I have bought two from my SA and I will buy others. He is attentive.

Good for you. Should be only few days from today until it gets to your dealer. Mine has arrived at my dealer. I stopped by today to check for damage. Waiting on plates now:

car cleared customs and PDI last Wednesday, AFIAK its sitting in SD waiting for a truck, I really hope that it makes it up from SoCal this week...
