I went for a ride this morning to a meeting I had and just put the car away for the day. What an unbelievable mode of transportation. Makes the most mundane errand exciting.

I hope so too. I saw Lava Orange in the flesh for the first time this week. Sorry, but I was really disappointed. Looked like coral orange - really a dead looking color. It diffidently is not as bright as pics have shown.

Hope that you like it - oh and drive the crap out of it

It's definitely not a color for everyone. With that being said, I can appreciate how many owners want to play it safe with silver, black and white. Do I see a bit of salmon in the color sometimes? Sure. But mostly I see orange, and I like the way the color changes depending on the light. To each his own, I try and avoid disparaging other people's personal choices.

Congratulations. The car and the color are both stunning. Lava Orange is a very Porsche color and an excellent choice for the GTS. If I could have gotten it for my GT3 I would have in a heartbeat. Color is very subjective and preferences are personal, but there is a tendency on internet forums, typically driven by liked minded cliques, for opinion to morph into fact. Currently LO and "salmon" has taken the place of the sport seat "sofas" in the minds of a few on the GT3 forum.

LO is badass color ..it should look very nice on GT3 as well.
