I personally don't feel it necessary to wear one pair of shoes to walk out to the car, and change when I get in. In fact, unless I have to for work, I pretty much never wear shoes at all.

 

With my flip flops and no watch, they probably think I stole mine.

 

I think I can smell those from here.

 

Impossible! Green Valley has got to be at least 20 miles way from SF, plus the prevailing winds are almost always from the coast inland.

 

If I'm heading out to drive specifically I wear Vibro Barefoot running shoes, which have an ultra-thin sole. If I'm driving *to*anywhere I'll take off the shoes I'm wearing as soon as I get in the car and drive in socks. This in the PDK car though. Prefer a shoe of some sort when a clutch of any weight is involved...

Another pair of Reefs here. Very rarely do I wear closed shoes... and when I do, my feet start getting confused on the pedals.

 

Agreed! Super comfortable. Good grip. Red was a perhaps too "loud" choice. Would like to get a more neutral colored pair for everyday…T

 

I have a pair of Porsche Design Adidas shoes that I absolutely love. Perfect for driving.

 

^I have same sets with red lace, they match my wheels!

 

Standard Sunday morning drive outfit = Converse tennis shoes in agate gray, Timex ironman watch, blipshift t-shirt.

 

This is more my style. Whatever I got on sale at Joe's New Balance Outlet, Timex Expedition (on sale at Amazon a few weeks ago) and a Baylor T-Shirt.

 

Geez, I gotta get me an outfit. I usually just wear whatever shorts and tshirt are on top.

 

I never go anywhere without my lucky shoelaces!
