OP - the car wash probably did more damage to your paint and car than the curb. I'd book it in for full paint correction and get them to take a look at it....
Also learn to wash it yourself and pay someone that knows what they're doing to wash it.
When all else fails, blame your tire pressure. I don't know what possessed him to post his defense on the internet. Nothing good can or did come of it. **** happens, fortunately no one got hurt and he's likely learned his lesson about traction control and summer tires in cold temps.
Haha I know what happened because I *almost* did the same thing on day 2 with my P car.... he gassed it while switching into the left lane, and just that little steer combined with not knowing how to handle your car = exactly that
What??? What could possibly cause that? Even in my 13 shelby when flooring it and changing lanes, never did this happen lol. This is the greatest video ever though.
