Default 991 GTS in Agate Grey

I stumbled across these photos. Methinks 991 GTS looks especially good in Agate Grey:

And I like the dark aluminum interior trims:

Yes, if I would ever trade my current C4S with a GTS, it would be Agate Grey. I've been looking for some pictures of an Agate Grey GTS, as Porsche only released official pictures in Carmine Red and GT Silver. Both of these bright colors are nice; but if one wants a subdued exterior color, I think Agate Grey is the way to go with GTS.

I don't like the black wheels on that color scheme at all....guess I'm old school. And Porsche - COME ON - look at all that logo script on the back. Wouldn't "GTS" be more elegant than "911 Carrera 4 GTS"?

Now here's a good looking Agate Grey Carrera Cab....looks much jazzier without those black wheels, not that I'm biased or anything <G>

+1 at least now you can configure it with "911" instead

Agate - both exterior paint and interior leather - has a definite brown hue to my eye. I've looked at it closely in person.

PORSCHE

Would look great. Altering the badge isn't tough stuff.

Exterior.... No, especially with the blacked out trim/wheels.

Dark aluminum interior trim.... YES.

Thanks for sharing

I considered Agate gray for my GT3. My spouse and I looked at it under different lighting conditions sometimes it showed a brownish hue other times greenish, at least to my eye. Pretty interesting color. I settled for jet black.

I am not that surprised, Agate Gray has a brown hue in certain lighting.

Agate does look a bit brown/ bronze under certain light, but I think it's a very complex and really nice color. I also rather like the way it looks with black rims, but I'm biased.
