I just got around to having these LEDs installed. I bought them quite a while ago, but just left them in the box. After the install, I got a look at the driver side marker, check out this piece of whatever inside the lens.

Lens is sealed, and too late to return.

Why too late? Have you tried?

Had them over 30 days, and did no inspect them upon delivery....just threw on a shelf. I ended up getting a replacement driver side from my Porsche dealer. I suppose I could call Suncoast about it, but figured it was my fault for not inspecting it when it first arrived.

This still makes no sense. Did the local dealer charge you or swap out? They should have swapped out.

Suncoast is great and reputable. They would have backed the product.

Not sure why it does not make sense to you?

Why would the local dealer swap out the defective lens? They did not sell me the one that has the junk in it. I bought the replacement lens from them, which is fine.

I bought the defective lens from SunCoast, and it sat on a shelf for several months. I did not inspect it prior to having it put on the car, which I should have done. Suncoast's policy is no returns on electrical items.

I may call them Monday and see if I can return it, but I just posted that I neglected to do so.

It's a Porsche branded part that was "defective". I think any authorized Porsche retailer would have exchanged it. That's all. The retailer returns it to PCNA for full credit.

Understood about the Porsche branded part, but Suncoast is not owned by my local Dealer and vice versa, so that is what I was going by. I could be wrong.
