I picked it up this past Monday (sorry - Pics to come), and when I took it out this past weekend, I realized that it doesn't have PDCC - the suspension is standard PASM and the PDCC is just missing.
As dumb as it sounds, is there recourse as I purchased it thinking it does have PDCC? The car is beautiful, rides like a dream, but at the same time, I am a little bummed that it doesn't have the option that I paid for.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

New? Used? Are you sure you don't have it?

If they truly made a mistake, I think a $1,500 cash refund would be fair. Are they local? Maybe ask for a $2,000 service credit. Do you think the PDCC was actually priced into your deal? Is it on the window sticker? Or the build sheet off the VIN?

I have not run the VIN yet - am just going to wait for the Dealer to get back to me tomorrow. The information that it has PDCC was listed on the Dealer's webpage.
To find out more tomorrow - Thanks everyone!

If you want to run the VIN yourself just add your VIN where the current VIN is located and all your options should be listed. This is courtesy of another Rennlist member. All caps and only zero's, not O's

If it's something that was just on their website listing they'll try to just chalk it off as an error that someone made. My dealer had mine listed as a manual instated of PDK. Probably worked in my favor seeing more PDK's are sold.

They relabled the shock button in 2014 with pdcc probably because of this very issue. 2012-2013 only had the shock button because you really can't turn pdcc off. You can only turn the shocks on and off.

OP, I hope you are feeling better now. PDCC doesn't have an on/off setting AFAIK. It adjusts itself as it wants to - out of your control.
As for the original question, I would suggest that in this kind of situation there would be no recourse. You could give them the car back and cancel the sale if it was misrepresented. Otherwise, it would just be considered a "typo" and there's probably a disclaimer somewhere.
Depending on the mistake made, you might get an apology, a keychain or a free oil change. Other than that, it's caveat emptor.
But it looks like the OP is OK, so that's good.
