Excellent Larry! Thanks.

Is it my impression or you've concentrated on the GTS...?

A grey 991 4 GTS with Michigan plates blew by me on i5 south coming back from buttonwillow last weekend. Was towing my rs with cayenne. They slowed way down and gave a thumbs up. Suspected car was getting reviewed. Had gopro mounted on side. Nice looking car.

Great photos and reviews Larry. Thanks. Were those the 18 way or the standard sport seats? That looks like a brighter red than I expected for Carmine....

Thanks for the pics Larry. Car looks great. New to me, I believe the offset's are now stamped on the inside of the wheel as opposed to the outside on one side of the air valve. I'm pretty sure they are going to be 51F/48R based on a discussion I had with my dealer this week.

It's because of the lights. The colors always look brighter at auto shows than real life. It sucks because the manufacturers should actually make all their cars in those brighter colors.

Nice find, perhaps one of the first GTS production models out in the wild?

I agree ... all I can say is that for me looking at the cars, the 'mismatch' between the front fascia and side skirts bugged me a bit, but I think its
very dependent on the ext color ... like I think it would work with GT Silver

As for the rear fascia, the black looks good, and the anodized exhaust tips are *sexy* I can see suncoast selling a bunch of those to S drivers when they become available.

The matte black CLs are stunning, but I have a thing for matte black wheels (c.f my avatar) I actually think that the car would ROCK silver or platinum painted wheels (either the Carerra S or aftermarket) especially on darker colors (I was not able to find the offset info on the rims unfortunately)

So you think the black rear fascia is better than painted (GT Silver)? As for wheels, silver/platinum would work with GT Silver?
I'm not a fan of 'chrome' so I'm biased ... but I liked what they did with the grille....

I think silver/platinum wheels would ROCK the GT Silver! but so would the matte black.

I believe they were the 18 way

there was a lot 'high temp' lighting (cf: color temperature) the cars which makes the color 'pop' hence it looks a LOT brighter than it will in sunlight.

yeah I imagine the will, there was a Turbo S Cab there ... I think its wheels on the GTS would be amazing.

That's correct. They were passing out a detailed GTS brochure at the show. From the brochure:

Front: 9J x 20 ET 51
Rear: 11.5J x 20 ET 48
