Placed a deposit with Brett on a GTS While I considered a Stuttgart delivery, direct shipment made the most sense. any thoughts on my planned "break in" rout?

looks pretty nice ... although I might swap the rt 1 section from SF to Santa Cruz with a run down Rt 35 & 9 ... by then the Canepa "cars & coffee" will be back on the 2nd Saturday of the month ... which would be worth a stop by and see!

We are thinking of Stuttgart to the Italian lakes, then somewhere in Tuscany, back along the Riviera and up through Provence with hopefully a quick loop to the Nurburgring to earn the obligatory sticker!

How much notice do they normally give you to fly out? I've heard days.

Good lord no! who sold you that Baloney?

That's unworkable for both PAG and the customer.

There are only two variables here, the production schedule, and the availability of a delivery slot at the factory delivery center (obviously the former is a prerequisite for the latter)

Once you have those locked in, they are locked in, you typically have a minimum of 12 weeks to organize ED (based upon the above) and you have to finance the car 30 days prior to the delivery date.

I gave PCNA 3 ED date preferences, and Brett found me an allocation prior to those, I now have the commission # for my build and the schedule, all I am
now waiting for is the confirmation of the ED date ... which I will get a LOT
sooner than a few days prior.

Regards

- Larry
