Clear Bra: stay or go...

Picking up a CPO 911-50 on Friday or Saturday. It has clear bra on the full front. I never have them on my cars because I feel like the paint doesn't look the same.
My questions:
Should I have the dealer leave it on or should I have them take it off? My thought is if I have them take it off I can be certain it looks ok before I buy it. But am I crazy to have it removed? It is the whole front of the car.
Thanks!

Possibilities: clear coat coming up, possible razor cuts into the clear/paint, and headlight coating delamination if those are done (common).

I agree with the need to only have this installed and removed by experienced folks.
Any idea which film is on your 50th?
I had the full front wrapped in XPEL (at XPEL) 2 days after I took delivery of my 50th.
FWIW, Would do it again in a second.
When installed by professionals on new paint there should be no razor cuts in the clear coat and if removed in the appropriate life time of the film, no damage to the clear coat.
BTW, congrats on your purchase.

Thank you. Vey helpful. Not sure on brand. Will find out. Strangely this will be my second 911-50. Had essentially the same car this spring and regretted trading it in for a McLaren. So once I found one just like what I had I jumped on it. Only a few thousand miles and now I get the extended CPO warranty so it all works out :-).
Still can't wait for my GT3 early next year as well!

Loved the first. Given the second is the same, I'm sure I'll love it as well :-). The two things I appreciate most are the noticeable power increase from the PowerKit and the unique finishing touches of the Anniversary edition. Definitely feels special, but is still subjective. I suspect the 50th is the closest I'll get to a Singer-esqe 911, which is something I would love to someday own. Again, real problems :-)

I think the main issue was just the attention. I was going to buy a 458 but was frustrated by the dealer experience and the attention a Ferrari would bring. Why I thought a black 12c would fly below the radar I have no idea. Call it exotic naïveté. On the way home from picking it up, I was videotaped four times. It was fun to drive and sounded fantastic. Tech was a bit frustrating. Doors were cool. Ultimately just too self-conscious driving it. Would get one again for sure. It's my second favorite car I've owned thus far. Spider was really nice for sure. Double bang for the buck. Loved the racing heritage of McLaren. Like the 12c way better than 650s styling.

Yeah, all I can say is I had traded in a 991 C2S for the anny and I could feel the extra power and potential mapping changes. It just went faster and sounded louder.

what color is your car?
i bought my c4s w/ 1000 miles on it and it had the full front clearbra as well on black.
i think in the future i will put this on all my cars. the front has no chips, looks immaculate and others can't even tell its there.
i had bird droppings land on the hood which may have etched into the paint but they went away in the clearbra.
total win!
