that states that there is a different lip in front with the ducktail option on the GTS and that it the approach angle is worsened. If it is no worse than the extra rubber bit on the plain old Sport PASM package, not big deal.

that's incorrect. The GTS comes as std with the SD front fascia, no other option, SD aero on the GTS *only* adds the rear ducktail.

The wording regarding the approach angles comes from the Carerra option for SD which adds the SD front fascia which is lower than the std one hence the reduced approach angle.
