Price check
I am new to the Porsche world. Please help me to decide on this car.
2013 Carrera at 23k miles (originally from NY)
Black/black
PDK
Sport chrono package
Premium pack w 14 way (PDLS, seat heating, dimming mirrors)
20" Carrera S wheels
Sunroof
PS plus
Bose
6 CD changer
Sport tailpipes
MSRP was 99.800. Dealer asking for 70k and it will do CPO.
30k below MSRP fair price? What should I counter offer? TIA!

Very fair price. I'd expect it to be mid $70's.

Dealer was originally asking for 72.5 but came down to 70 when I said too much. I haven't even made a counter offer yet.
I was going to wait for the snow to fall before I buy a Porsche but I am not sure I can do better than 30% below MSRP on a 2013.

Forget about MSRP - it's not a new car. Look at what comparable cars are selling for and use that to determine what is a fair price.
Make sure that there's no accident history or something that might bite you later. The miles are a little high for a typical 911, so keep that in mind if you plan to sell it any time soon. I suspect that is why it's priced so nicely.
Best of luck.
