Sport 95% of the time, but I am in a 7 speed manual. It makes me think I have the PSE. ;-) I don't rev it high until it's warmed up, so I don't see the disadvantage in having Sport on. I don't find the throttle response is tricky or very different, but that may be because I so seldom drive in non-Sport mode. I imagine that if one drove in Sport for a little while (with a manual), one would get very used to whatever the difference is in throttle response.

I also seldom drive in Sport Plus or with PASM on Sport. I guess I should experiment more... The few times I tried PASM Sport, the local roads' lack of smoothness was too apparent.
