track insepctions and minor mods- atlanta
I have a new 14 Carrera 7MT
need track inspections done in the Atlanta-area
I have used Gran Turismo East with my prior cars,
my question is - I would like to use the dealer for convenience (Jim Ellis)
-will this cause warranty issues in the future, and does this dealership / PCNA
frown upon cars that are know to be officially tracked?
second question- lowering springs and spacers - any recommended combo (20" Carrera classic wheels,PZeros/standard suspension) and
will the dealer frown upon install of this as well, regarding potential future warranty issues
thanks/ any input/experience would be appreciated

1) Do you own inspection ... it's just visual checks.
2) Anything aftermarket "could" jeopardize your warranty if it causes an issue. Be up front with your dealer and ask them them the same question.
3) Spacers shouldn't be a big deal since Porsche sales spacers as well.
4) High Performance Driving Event should not be a problem since most Porsche dealers sponsor such events like mind did a few weeks ago. Taking your car "racing" probably tosses your warranty out the window.
