Oil and cooling refill
To be honest, I'm not able to open the refill plug for oil and coolant... Is there and push-pull trick or is very hard to turn? I feel stupid.

Why do you want to open the coolant cap? Make sure car is cool/cold if you do.
Your oil cap might also say "701" on it.
