Not sure what you mean; charger cord from passenger footwell socket out of my driver side door (resting on door sill ) with door closed on cord(rubber foam in door cushions and no defects seen in cord despite opening and closing) with ctek 7002 on garage floor and connected to wall outlet. vehicle locked. works fine.
