Default WE18 PDCC campaign

Had my car into the dealer today for an oil and filter change. While it was there, they performed two update "campaigns"--one for the instrument cluster, and one for the PDCC control module. Any idea what issues the PDCC update addresses?

Interesting.
Do you have the info on that from your service paperwork?

I don't know if it's the same campaign as was performed on our Turbos, but on mine the campaign fixed a problem where under certain circumstances (spirited driving, entering a right hand turn, especially if it also was on an incline, like you might get on an off-ramp) I would get a PDCC fault that was apparently a false detection of low pressure in the system. Easily cleared by turning the car off and back on again (apparently, we're running Windows ).

Nope--just that. Listed as WE18 and update of control module for PDCC.

Spirited driving, right hand turn, accelerating on an incline--that's the exit of the Toe of the Boot at Watkins Glen!

And any number of cloverleaf ramps in the Chicagoland area.
