Default your 991 c2s max acceleration in G meter?

On an average clear dry road, first gear floor the gas (traction control still on), I can get 0.7~0.75G in my G meter, if I do a launch start best I can get is 0.9xG, what are your readings?

I have heard that you can get close to 1G using launch control, but personally, I am more interested in the lateral G-max. I have seen 1.3's and 1.4's pretty routinely at the track and 1.2's under braking.

I see .6-.7 G-max acceleration, but am never using launch control, or starting from zero.

For comparison, I've seen as high as 1.3 in my Turbo S.

I pulled 1.3 lateral on a test drive.

I think I can get higher. First time on this track with this car and it was 55 degrees cloudy.

My info gets deleted as soon as I shut the car off. Do you have to have SC to retain the figures? I routinely saw 1.4+ lateral at cota 1.3 on braking, don't recall the acceleration.

You can get a Bluetooth OBD3 connector and the Torque app and save all the details.

Try pushing the stock forward to get max readings

Hi 008, Yes, as Lebreeze says the max numbers are kept until you delete them. If you use the lever on the bottom right of the steering wheel to go the the G-Meter, then push it forward once, you should see your G-Max displayed. You can also reset it from here for the next track day or when you want to remeasure.

On which screen? The only place I've found the g meter on my car is on the main screen under "car". I'm not overly concerned about it as I didn't even know I had it before fiddling around with the pcm trying to get my water and oil temps to show on the big screen and keep my tire pressures on the little screen waiting for a track clean up. I don't have SC, which I thought was a prerequisite to get the g meter along with the timer. Either way I've yet to find it on the little screen that I could control with the stalk.
