The dealership has no more right to allow some one to test drive a custom ordered car than it would to allow some one to test drive a car that was brought in for servicing. Dealerships local to me do not allow people to sit in custom ordered cars, much less drive them.

Mine was a custom order. Had about 30km/20mi on the clock. A percentage of the cars (used to be all cars in the past, but this is too expensive now) are taken for a spin around Stuttgart when coming off the production line !

You have 4 years and 49,980 miles of warranty left. If something is gonna break due to a rough first few miles, it will do so within that time.
realistically, its fine.

Lots of new owners. We need more data points.

This is probably going to date me, but before the use of electronic odometers, the mechanical odometer installed at the time of the build read something like 99,99X. This way, when the customer took delivery it would read less than 5 or so miles. I can remember asking my dad at the car dealership he worked what the guy was doing in the front seat of a car with a blanket over the windshield. I learned that he was "clocking" the odometer on a used car. Times and technology have changed a lot since then. I would not worry about a few miles on a new car at delivery.
