Default Use of helicopter tape.

I just taped the bottom of the front bumper (non visible area) to minimize scrapping on my heavily ramped driveway. The tape is thick and bonds very well. Might work on the inside lip of wheel wells. It is much thicker than vinyl wrap materials.

Thinking about the same for my 2014 C2S with Aerokit cup. Sadly I already scraped it slightly. I was taking a shortcut leaving, of all places, the detail shop.

The tape is used on the rotors. It is clear and very abrasive resistance.

Appreciate the info.

Has anyone had any issues removing this type of tape? Preferred solvent for paint and plastic?

Did you just get you car?

I think I was next to you yesterday on highway 9 crossing the river, it looked just like your car and had a temp tag on it. It sounded awesome.
