nice to see different COLORS on a new 911. Congrats !
I'm visiting my daughter in LA this week and I have come to believe dealers here are only allowed to sell black/black ones with dark wheels .
You would think trend setting LA would have " been there/done that " long ago with this Model T design scheme they started 20 years ago, but apparently not.

I have thought about painting the calipers, but it doesn't bother me enough to bother with it - plus the down time to send them off for a powder coating. And then I have decide on a color! Blue perhaps? ![Stick Out Tongue](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
I'm going to leave on the amber side markers, just to be different.
All I got on this car was the leather interior, premium plus because I wanted the entry & drive, which then required the 14-way seats, the sport design mirrors, rear wiper and those lovely little colored crests on the wheel center caps. Oh, and the black gauges and cargo net (no cost).
No sunroof, no PSE, no SC, no Bose, which seem to be pretty typical choices that I didn't want.

Also, the official images of the Cayenne, Panamera , Boxster and Cayman GTS models have all sported Carmine Red, dark wheels and exhaust pipes and alcantara interiors with GTS logo stitched onto headrests.
Gee, I wonder what the car show/ intro version of the 991 GTS will look like ?

A black 911 is an awesome looking car; one of the best ever made. Black interior works although there are other better options. But "triple black" just looks like its trying way too hard, which a 911 doesn't have to do.

Thanks all for the compliments!
Being a solid American consumer, it's difficult for me not to scratch the itch of instant gratification and buy something off the lot.
But when you're spending over $100K on a car, I don't want to settle. It's well worth the wait to order exactly what you want - and not to pay for stuff that you don't want.

Beautiful car! What a unique and very tasteful and classy color combination! As far as the option list, the beauty of special ordering the car is that you can get it exactly as YOU want it, and that's all that matters, really. Congrats and enjoy it!
