Default Reset Comfort Entry? (Not working.)

So I got the car back from the dealer service department (they were checking out the clicking brake problem), and now comfort entry doesn't seem to be working. It's enable on the computer, but when I turn off the car and open the door, nothing happens - no movement of either steering wheel or seat.

Any suggestions besides go back to the dealer?

Did you check the PCM to see if the comfort entry option is selected?

Yes, both Comfort Entry and Auto Memory are checked in the Locking section of the PCM Options. I even tried un-checking it and re-checking it, but no change.
