That means nothing. Just because the car is listed in the dealer's internet inventory means nothing regarding that it's available for sale. Many dealership's inventory reflects all cars.....availabe cars......and custom ordered cars that are presold and awaiting delivery and dealer prep.
The only way to know for sure is to call them. In general, a tip-off are the pictures used in the ad. If stock renderings, it's likely already presold and a custom order. If actual real pictures of the car, then it just might be available for a new customer to purchase.
Lastly, Paul Miller does NOT have a 911-50 car listed, and both cars at Town Motors are pre-sold.

And, as a matter of fact, Paul Miller DOES have a 911-50 listed. It's Black. See the link ==> paul-miller 911+50th+Anniversary+Edition

All cars liisted on dealer web sites are subject to availability or pre-sale. I think most everyone is aware of that. Dealers list all the cars "in their pipe line" and most don't quickly remove cars that have been sold. I simply supplied a list of NJ dealers that have a 50th LISTED on thieir web site.

There's also a black 911-50 on Jack Daniels showroom floor. Been there for a couple of months and was there last week.
