Beautiful car. Lets hope that their service department doesn't have the same DNA as the business manager. Even a warranty situation could become painful.
Not all dealerships operate that way....and I'm surprised that any can afford to anymore.
As mentioned, use the survey to provide an honest and blunt assessment of your experience. Dealers incentives and allocations are typically tied to excellent survey responses.

Have you ever noticed when Buying car, NEW car most times, when they go to write out the number they ALWAYS use a BIG-ASSED Marker. You know why they do that? It's all mental, they do it to show who ever they are trying to sell the car too that they are in control and have the right numbers. I've asked several Folks who write out the contracts why they use the markers and they say something along the lines of "Of so you can see it better" as if your sight wasn't good enough. I've even seen Porsche people use the same trick. I've walked before because of this practice!!!

They are always trying to scam so I stopped getting new cars from dealerships!
I use a leasing broker that I worked with multiple times before, he does all the negotiating and delivers the car to my house. I dont even set foot at the dealership...

My two cents on Houston dealers, I know not everyone will agree. Your dealer was the first one I visited for my 991 purchase. They had a car I wanted, the price quoted was good, the salesman (an active PCA member) was great but....their used car manager offered me $40K for my 16 month old/16K mile Audi TT-RS that had cost $62K. That limited run vehicle was still selling at MSRP in almost all parts of the US. They didn't even want to talk about it so I left.
I revisited Momentum where I had purchased my 2006 Cayman S new. They had an even better car for me, offered a similar discounted price, and with very little discussion gave me $52K for my Audi. I traded in a MINI as well with positive equity and wanted to finance the remaining 1/3 of the balance. I knew that 1.9% was the going rate at the time and told the salesman they would need to get me that to get the financing. A female finance manager was brought over from their Jaguar store across the freeway, the papers were already made out with that rate. A sheet with the "add-ons" was offered but not pushed, a simple no thanks from me was all it took. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and my service experience so far with them has been good as well.
It only takes one bad experience to sour one's opinion of a given dealer, so I won't go back to North again. I know not everyone likes Mo but they've been good to me twice now.
Off my soapbox, enjoy your new car! I saw a white Carrera yesterday at my breakfast restaurant and it's a great color for the 991.

Which dealer was it? Houston North? That was the only dealer out of the three in Houston I had any hope for since it got some good reviews in the past. I hope their service department is better. I didn't buy my car in Houston but I'm still hoping for a good relationship with at least one of the three dealerships.

Turns out whatever got my windshield micro dented and took paint chips out of the hood.
Hooyrah for paint and bodywork within 48 hours of owning the car!![Mad](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)
This sorta makes me feel awesome about leasing. Dealing with a repaired luxury car is such a pain on resell.

Congrats on the new car, it's lovely! I concur that your sales experience was horrible, and I suggest that you do get them good on the survey. They get money back from Porsche on a good survey, so it will cost them some serious money. That's the only way they'll learn - hit them in the pocketbook.
Unfortunately, it will likely hurt the salesman, not the F&I person.
Bummer about the windshield and paint damage. That does suck.
