Default Wrap Options C2S - Beige Interior

Hello everyone

I am thinking I may wrap my car something a little more..loud!

The car is currently Agate Gray metallic which I like but coming from an RS, I think I need to make it a little more extreme to look at.

Does anyone have any colour suggestions that would look good with Beige interior? I am not too into the matte wraps, thoughts?

So far I like Chromo colours mostly:

#3 looks good. You will still need to have a few items painted; like mirrors and door handles.

Or, what about black stone guards and some stripes down the center of the car?

If I had to pick, I'd go with #3, but I think your car looks far better the way it is.

Hey Redline- if you don't mind me asking, what does a full wrap on the 991 cost, roughly? I've been considering doing something as well in the near future.... probably nothing nearly as flashy as chrome, but i really like that mexico blue.....

Did you explore the project with any shops yet?

^$4-$5K for sure, for a quality job. Plus painting the parts that can't be wrapped, like mirrors, some wings, door handles and such.

Number 3 would be my choice. I do like the Signal Green too, going to be a tough choice. Let us know what you end up doing.

3-4K so far seems about average for quality wrap and labour.

I like the blue as well. When I bought my 991 last month, I was originally looking at Speed Yellow. I always liked Porsches in the 'flashy' colors, and since I was trading in an orange Cayman S, yellow seemed like a nice change. A couple of things changed my mind:

Dealer had a demo 2013 991S in SY, and it was a smoking deal but the car was PDK (I know, faster than a 7MT, but just not something I wanted) and the car had the absolute worst half-hood clearbra install imaginable. Salesman told me that car came from corporate with the install. But even if car had been right combo for me, I was originally planning this car to be a true daily-driver, regardless of weather or time of year, and wanted a less-flashy color As much as I loved my orange 987, I always thought it would've been tough color to live with on a daily basis, but since it was only a weekend warrior, not an issue.

Now that my 991 has been relegated to a fair-weather DD (I couldn't stomach driving it for one week on NJ winter roads - I tried, I swear!)
I'm looking at these 'wraps' as a possibility in the future, and will be watching this thread.

Oh, and the SportDesign 'ducktail' also helped seal the deal on my white 991.

Nice to hear your story! You need to just drive it a few times in the bad weather, you will get over it!

I still sometimes cringe but have the luxury of also only driving it when I want.

I saw #3 in person several times and it was a great color. Can't imagine getting chrome unless you're in Dubai.

Sorry to go off topic. A word of caution about the above mentioned car. When I attended the Porsche World Roadshow last year, all the cars getting flogged on the track had half bras.
