I am assuming the oil change and fire are linked somehow..

Sorry to hear of your loss..

Have to ask - why only 2000 miles in 11 months? especially on a lease. At $1600 a month, you paid close to $20K to drive 2000 miles?

I am sorry for your loss. Has the cause of the fire been determined? Since I have a 991 C2S Cab. I'm more than a bit curious...Chris

Is it just me or have all these fires occurred on Cabs only? What up with that?

I've only read about two fires here on Rennlist. I think the sample size is too small to draw any conclusions.

But they both have been after oil changes... to me that's more suspect if we're conjecturing.
