He can't get a 991TT cab with all the same options for the same price. He didn't check those boxes just to raise the price, he checked them because he wanted those options. Going for a Turbo with fewer options doesn't buy him a car he likes....

To the OP: very nice build!

Sorry hit enter. Did you get leather with deviating stitching on the steering console? If not it is black and looks funny

PAS = Porsche Active Safe, I think its Caller "Adaptive Cruise (Distance) Control" here in US.

Thank you for the comments, and you are correct, options chosen are based on what we like. We tend to keep our cars for a long time, so we build them the way we like them - it's not based on resale.

We have owned and driven a 500+ WHP turbo car for the last 18 years, we weren't looking for another turbo car - even one that undoubtedly was much more civilized.

Yes we did, the salesman is checking the build with Melissa first to ensure we didn't miss something relative to deviated stitching. I tried to follow the various comments in the "Porsche Exclusive" thread to avoid pitfalls, but was looking for comments such as yours to help reassure us. Thanks.

Great build! Hopefully you can use the car for most of the year in Calgary. It's great in snow except when it accumulates and there's no clearance. I lived in Edmonton for 25 years. Don't miss it.

Fantastic (and very individual) build! Good luck with the wait; can't wait to see pics.

Perhaps the rev dail in black to match the other dails? Some like the deviating grey rev dail in the S, some like the free option of matheid black.

Get the top in Espresso and paint the wheels Amaranth? That is what Melissa suggested to me.

Change the instruments to black. The vents only in leather I like if you have leather everywhere already. Interior bits painted Amaranth?

Great build either as is though ... all personal preference.
