Does Sport Chrono dial rotate?

Does Sport Chrono dial rotate?
In my Cayman the Sport Chrono dial rotated within its binnacle. Does anyone know if the 991 dial rotates? I pushed on mine and it doesn't seem to want to move. I don't want to push too hard just in case.

In my 07 boxster it rotated. In my 991 it does not.

As Yoda would say, "it rotates, not more, in the 991 new".
In test models, the SC clock kept popping out becuase the new 911 is so freaking fast. So, Porsche was forced to just glue the sucker in.
