Post Forum Hello

This is just a brief introduction as I am new to this forum and will be hanging out here for awhile. I purchased a '14 C4S last Friday and look forward to learning more about the model from you guys. My appreciation of the make goes back 30+ years. I have owned P-cars off and on during that span. The last 6 years, I have driven a 955S, 958, 997TT, and now the C4S. Previously, I spent most of my time in the Cayenne and 997 Turbo forums. Actually, I was looking for a 997TTS to move into while I wait on the prices of the 991TTS to come down to what I would pay for one.
Then, I stumbled across a great deal on the C4S. I always liked the model going back to the 996 platform and decided on the spot I would prefer a 991 over another 997.
The car is a '14. It is black/black; my favorite color scheme (actually, kind of a love-hate relationship). It is a CPO car with less than 800 miles on it. After looking at similar cars, I think I saved 15-20% off new MSRP. I have only driven it 7 miles home and do not know every option yet.
I do know it has sport techno wheels, PDK/sport chrono, PASM, glass sunroof, Bose HD audio package with XM, heated and cooled 14 way seats, Premium Package Plus, PDLS, Bi-Xenons in black. This really was a spur of the moment decision and I haven't had time to go through the car carefully or read the manuals yet. I look forward to becoming better acquainted with the car as well as with this forum.
Obligatory photos follow starting with the TT; gone but not forgotten. Then, a few of the new ride at the dealer and finally home. Hope you enjoy .

Not a fan of those wheels but still a great looking car!

Notice a surprising amount of people going from a Turbo to a 991... do you miss the acceleration at all?

Congrats and welcome to the 991 forum! I look forward to your comparisons between the 997tt and the 991c4s.

Thanks guys. Having only put 7 miles on the car, the comparisons will be forthcoming. I imagine the PDK and launch control will make up some for the lower torque number, especially in real world driving.
One redeeming factor about those wheels is they are easy to clean!

Thank you gents.
@Hammer911; I think I MAY see your bias. My first thought was to clear the script on the rear end. I like that clean look like yours. My wife wants me to keep it however. Still haven't made up my mind. On the Turbo, I had a paint to match logo and really liked it; may look into that. Musik Stadt, literally translated is Music City. It is the Middle Tennessee PCA chapter. We finally have good weather, cold but sunny. I cant wait to get some seat time!

Wheels are a funny thing. Personally, I like those wheels but none of the wheels are ugly. Enjoy.
