Slightly off topic here, But the PCM 3.1 on my 50th has crashed and is dead according to the dealer. Has anyone upgraded their PCM and wants to sell the original? I’m being told that this is a special PCM and will take six weeks to get from the dealer Thanks

Not sure what is so special about the 50th PCM other than the costs? Do you have a Bose or Burmester system and did it come with satellite radio?

Anyone have a set of wheels for sale?

Hi Everyone, I picked up a 911 50th a couple of weeks back as my first Porsche (or really first proper sports car for that matter): #361 with PDK in Graphite Grey with the Black/Dark Silver pepita interior. I would see one of these cars occasionally at the local cars and coffee and loved the modern car with heritage touches. It’s been a dream so far, and has been making every drive quite special; I’m looking forward to putting many miles on it over the next few years!

leather wrapping on your PCM? The PCM in my 50th looks no different physically than the PCM in my old 991.2 C4 or 991.2 GT3 FWIW. Black plastic surround?
Awesome way to enter Porsche ownership/sports car ownership. I like to think of the 50th as the pinnacle of 911 Carrera development over 50 years, and really really enjoy mine. What's your spec? Enjoy in good health

Thanks! Build sheet is here: https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0AB2A93ES121169/
It was pretty well optioned and I’m happy with how it comes together. It’s a minor thing, but I’m pretty happy that the original owner optioned the painted headlight cleaning covers. If I had been specing one new, I probably would’ve skipped the LED PDLS+ lights (the Bi-Xenons suit the car better to my eyes), the XM radio (don’t use it, and adds a little antenna bump on the back), and I’m ambivalent about the PDCC (the car is ridiculously planted, but I suspect that’d be largely the case without it too). The Sport PASM suspension isn’t as stiff/low as I initially worried (I test drove a car with it first to make sure), and definitely gives the car a great stance.

Any way you option it, each of the 1963 are just awesome. The special bits inside and out really make the car feel special compared to other 991s!!

Hello everyone. I’m new to the forum. Like jargonjustin I just purchased a beautiful certified pre-owned 50th anniversary car a week ago as well.
#0441. Black w/black pepita interior. PDK. Glass sunroof. Originally sold in Portland OR.
I love this car. Dreamed about owning one back in 2013-14. Was shocked that is was available for 2 weeks before my purchase. As an added bonus my lovely wife loves it too! Hope to see your other 50th cars in seattle. I’m told we have about 10 in the area.
