Thank you. It's a piece of art in my garage. At the gas station folks coming over admiring the color. Got a bottle wine for the Mrs. and their walking up to me in the parking lot. I didn't expect this.

I'd never heard of a 911 50th until I posted in this thread, it just looked like a stickied photo thread, possibly the 50th such thread. A quick title edit would stop people excitedly posting pics of their new cars in here
Man... I'm starting to want one of these more than the 991.1 GTS I've been looking for...
I was all in on a gts until I saw the 50th. Never looked back. Would have always regretted not getting the 50th. It's perfection. And the graphite grey is the best color ever! It looks almost green/grey in the daylight.
So I picked up my "50 Jahre 911" yesterday from Brian Harris Porsche in Baton Rouge. Low optioned car, 7121 miles, manual transmission, Geyser Grey, Agate Grey leather int. Now during the whole buying process (4 visits to the dealership including 2 test drives) I never once thought to check the LE#. Now I'm driving the car for half an hour, stopped at a red light, studying all the fine interior details, and finally I look at the placard on the dash. I'm am blown away by what I see. Could not believe it..t
It's 912/1963 This is my seventh Porsche. 41 years ago my first was a '68 Porsche 912. Colors (both current 911 50th and my 1st 912) are as pictured in the Anniversary brochure, page 12.
So now I have to start on a quest to get another 912 and have the matched pair just like the brochure pictures on pages 11-12 and 26-27. Anybody know who has LE 911/1963 ?
Perretar, is that your 50th currently listed at Porsche New Orleans?
