GT3 for weekend and/or track toy. Turbo for daily driver with optional track use. Ferrari for showing off.

Personally, I love the GT3 idea.

A Porsche can be happy sitting in your garage during the week without a nanny and after an occasional blast on the weekends only ask for an oil top off.

The prancing horse is another story all together.

You can also drive your Porsche on the weekend without having to wear the matching Polo shirt and driving gloves. All you'll need with the GT3 is to wear your smile!

Good luck on your purchase!

I was just kidding...never know if the Red Sox talk might rile up the New Yorkers!

Of course.

Not even as crazy as Bronco fans though. My parents in Colo. Springs will take your head off at a game if you root the wrong way!

It's like you pass the border into CO... you're a Bronco's fan or youre dead.

Yeah - I think Chuck was getting at the perceived differences in Ferrari culture and Porsche culture like you noted above.

A few years ago, I was invited to a pretty exclusive rally and was nervous to bring my little used '91 C4 cab. The cars there were incredible...Ferraris, GT 40s, Lamborghinis, the first Audi R8 in NA, Benz McLaren SLR... the list went on. Plus these guys were absolutely loaded with $$$$. The organizer (who has the most amazing car collection!) told me not to sweat it...he said "the beauty of this group is they just love cars. If you love your car, they love your car." Turned out to be true, and had a great time.

p.s. Go Bills! btw Marcus - did you see the new Germany World Cup jersey released today?

Porsches are driver's cars, Ferrari drivers wear driving gloves. Sad but true.
