Hi Everybody

Struggling to get a date or even allocation from dealer and have since heard independently that all of the full 1963 run of 50th Anniv's will be built in the final 3 months of this year, from Oct to Dec inclusive. Hadn't heard this before - anybody else heard this please?

Mine was built around mid-September and I picked it up in Zuffenhausen over two weeks ago...

Week 36 (first week of September) was the start, not sure when it ends for the total run of 1963 50th cars.

PS: 18/Sep at 09:18 hours was the production start for 918 spyder.

Mine is currently on the boat and I should have it in 2 weeks.

Mine was built (or will be built) in october, delivery was planned for week 42, but it will be a about one week late. My salesman was not able to provide me with more specific information, he did not call to say its late and could not say why its late when I finally asked. And I can only assume my car has been built by now, no notification so far. Annoyes me a bit.

Hi 911-50

I put a deposit down in August against a claimed early December delivery - now getting told January production - so no idea when it would arrive. I am not at all convinced I am being told anything close to the truth though!

Just keen to hear if the claim that this entire Ltd Ed run will be filled in 3 months at the end of the year. IF its true, then I'm definitely being BS'd!
