Dream fulfilled!
Hello everyone! I picked up my car yesterday. Like many of the posts I've seen this has been my life long dream. I'm not sure which will be harder: waiting the 44 years to get to this point or waiting past the 2000 mile break in point.

Another happy Camper- Picked up C4S Cab yesterday after 6 month wait
I am more than impressed. Drove 100 miles home in the rain yesterday and the 991 certainly tops past 7 Porsches and all other cars we have owned. The Espresso/Cognac is perfect and the deviated stitching that comes with all the extra leather is superb. The PDK has no hesitation. So far two small issues. Clear Bra is bubbled on one mirror (dealer will fix this week) and a very slight shimmy. Will check tire pressures today and need be she will go to tire shop and be rebalanced (they do force balancing).
The LED headlights are really very cool. Daytime they have a very nice lit ring and at night...WOW.
If it stops raining will start posting pictures.

Have you driven a cab? I had no interest in a cab until I drove one. After one drive with the top up and down I was sold. There is very little downside to the cab other then ext looks if you prefer the coupe. It is very quiet with both top up or down. I had two friends that were really critical of the cab when I bought it and both changed their minds after driving in it.

I agree about the cab. With the new coupe roof line and magnesium plates inside the roof, the cab feels like you are driving a coupe when the top is up.

Yes, a C4S. I haven't driven a coupe yet though.
And you're right. Doing 75 with the top down, we had a normal conversation, almost no noise or wind. I was definitely impressed.

It looks like an Aqua Blue, I really thought that Sapphire was much lighter than that.
