Default 2013 Turbo-S (997) with 1250 miles

What do you think its worth? Dealer wants $149k and a low trade for my 2012 991S with 23k miles. I think thats too much for the 997. What do you guys think?

I think time is your friend in this negotiation. Once the new turbo supply comes online it seems logical that the price of 997 turbo s's will decrease substantially.

I say offer the dealer your 991 and a night with JohnnyBahamas' avatar. I think that will close the deal.

Time is certainly on your side with the impending 991's.
They're clearly looking to make the standard $7-9k on your trade.
$149k seems a smidge on the high side, but it's still a scary amount of car for the money.

You could probably drive all the way to the airport in 1st gear (and still risk getting a speeding ticket).

Frank I just ordered a new turbo with all the performance stuff for 165. Why would you put 143 in a 997?

I think you would be nuts to dish out 150k for a used 997tt. Either counter them aggressively or wait, as noted above time is on your side. Good luck and be sure to let us know the outcome.
