Default Shark Werks - Exhaust is on!

Had an absolutely awesome experience with Alex and his team at Shark Werks this week.

I have a base 991 and obtained an S center and tips. Shark Werks were able to bolt this on with their new exhaust.

It sounds - AWESOME!! I was pretty disappointed with the stock sound (understatement) and the fact I didn't get PSE, but am in love with this configuration. I have PDK and spent the last 48 hours driving around with the windows down in manual mode - shifting up and down through the gears as much as I can. It's fantastic how it burbles, growls and pops when downshifting. Also at idle it is a joy with its burble. It is now way more like what I expected when buying sports car like this.

And I have the S tips ....

I couldn't figure out how to link to the earlier thread with the details on the Shark Werks exhaust - but maybe someone else can

Congrats. The sound is a huge part of the experience. Do you have a sound clip you can post?

Congrats! The tips look great. Any "seat of pants" change in performance? What about handling now that the car has lost 20 lbs in the rear?

Thanks. I haven't had a chance to wind it out yet - tied up at work.

I expect handling may also be influenced by the wheel spacers I put in.

Will try to get a video (will just be my iphone) in the next week.
