Must be taking place in California too. I was pulled over last weekend for going 54 in a 50 mph zone. The guy pulled a u turn and came after me like he'd just spotted Charles Manson.

Do you know how fast you were going back there, sir? 54 in a 50 - it's borderline reckless! I'm only pulling you over for public safety, not to fill a quota, not because you have a nice car, not because I get off on harassing people, and certainly not because it's how our governments try to fill their budget gaps. Oh no. Just out here serving the public and making the roads safe!
