I suffer from periodic back pain from an injury I sustained when I was in my teens. So I pay a lot of attention to car seats. It took me quite a few tries to get the 14-way seat on my 991S adjusted just right but I finally did. I'm in my mid-sixties so still have trouble straightening up after getting out of the car though. But the seat is great on my back. What did the trick for me was pulling out the steering wheel further and maxing the lumbar support. Good luck.
