Agreed on the M6 gran coupe - that is what the 5-series should have been in the first place!

Get a Panamera GTS (as others have indicated). All of the "benefits" of the M5, and 90% of the feel of the feel and enjoyment of the 991. For those that need/want four doors, Porsche really delivered brilliantly with this variant IMHO

I came out of a 550i into the Porsche. My friend works for GM and took a CTS V coupe for the weekend. He was nice enough to let me take a very brief drive and it was very interesting. Obviously a completely different car than a 991 but I was shocked at how much different. It gets up and goes but so much differently than a 991. Its speed is almost masked by the ride and different power band. Car feels very heavy. I have to say I think it would be a fun daily driver though.

totally different car, i test drove the new M5, its a pretty nice car, but comparing to Panny Turbo or GTS, i would still get the Panny over the M5 anyday, feedback and handling and the interior the P car is so much more refine to me at least.
