In my opinion, it is still in beta testing. My opinion, stay away, it's garbage. It's going back to where it came from.

I totally agree. Version 6 has been beta since 2009. 4 updates in 2017 already. TOTAL JUNK!
Stay away. You have been warned.

It's a shame, it was somewhat promising in the 997/987 platform, where you could do some minimal coding (seat belt chime, side blinker on).
On the 91 platform, no relevant updates or coding capabilities. Seems abandoned.

I had a F12 beemer, we could do a LOT of coding, turning on multiple features and fiddling with the car in general. Had lots of fun doing that. Maybe because beemers are more fun parked and Porsches are wayyyy more fun driving. In the absence of coding, I put the top down and go for a ride, working fine for me!

Works fine for resetting service lights -- great if you do your own oil changes. On the downside, I dislike taking my old PC out of mothballs to use it -- I've been using a MAC for years, and it doesn't work on a MAC.

I've played with the menu's, and it appears that you can get very creative with this device and get yourself and your car in a lot of trouble if you are not careful.
