Correct! I painted the front windshield frame, or header, matte black. I felt it unified the upper portion of the car with the black fabric top and matched the black wheels. It removed the receding hairline look that the white windshield frame suggested.
I used Plastidip matte spray and it has been flawless through rain, snow, sun and sleet. Plus it is removable if I choose.
I also painted the Porsche lettering in the rear.

This indeed looks great on a cab. It enhances the beautiful roofline with the top up and gives the car a lower and sportier look.
