Default Lease Rates

Hi all,

Looking to go shopping for a C2S soon, the one I'm looking for will have an MSRP around $116K-118K. Was wondering what kind of lease rates you guys were getting? Anybody get close to invoice? Iv crunched the numbers dozens of times, and I know that Porsche North America doesn't have dealer holdback, so it's highly unlikely I can get right at invoice. What's the best deal you guys have gotten out there?

I'm looking to get a 2013 or 2014 for 12k miles/year for 36 mos, with PDK. I know the money factor right now is 0.0020 and residuals for 36mos is about 64%.

Thanks.

Money factor seems normal. Residual is better than I thought! Is it worth doing multiple security deposit if allowed?

You can bargain for up to 8% off MSRP, depending on what market you're shopping in. That should help bring the payment down.

I agree that residual seems high, but maybe they changed it for June. I think the May residual for 24 months remained unchanged for June but don't have confirmation for that, which would result in a lower monthly payment than 36 months. I have also heard there are significant Porsche incenntives but have not seen any independent confirmations. here is the link:

I just did a 24 mos 10k miles/yr with no cap cost reduction (ie no down payment) and got 6.5% off MSRP for a built to order C2S PDK Cabriolet.
MF was 0.0020 and residual was 71%.
Not the best deal but decent I think.

Depends on the model. No dice for me getting below .0025 MF on a new Cayman, even as "Tier 1." Could have just been my dealer though.

My C2 cab was 5k miles year, 27 month with residual of 74%, MF the usual .002. If you are able to get a nice %off msrp then these leases are too cheap to pass up with the inflated residual. I got 9% off, so only have to pay 17% depreciation over 27 months, that's insane on $116k car. Good hunting everyone!
